Forgot Your Username?

If you have forgotten your Username and/or Email Address on the account:

  1. Obtain your Customer Account Number AND Web Registration Key from your monthly statement or call your local Sales Center.
  2. Contact POOLCORP’s Technical Support Center (TSC) at 866.445.POOL(7665) and keep that information handy. For your security, our agents will need it to confirm your identity.

Forgot Your Password

You can RESET your password. (For your security, no one else is able to access your password.)

  1. Enter your User Name and the Email Address on the account to receive a temporary password, sent via email.
  2. The site will then prompt you to enter the temporary password and a new password.
